These terms apply to your use of the VINERRA website and your purchase of our vehicle history reports. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our service
VINERRA provides vehicle history reports for a VIN you submit. Reports are delivered by email, normally within 24 hours of your order. The service is offered to customers in the United States and Canada.
Independent service
VINERRA is an independent vehicle history report service. We are not a vehicle dealer and we do not inspect vehicles.
Your responsibilities
- You must provide a correct 17-character VIN and a working email address.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You will use reports only for lawful purposes, such as evaluating a vehicle you own or plan to buy or sell.
- You will not resell or republish reports without our permission.
Report content and accuracy
A report reflects the records available for the VIN at the time it is produced. Not every accident, repair or event is reported, and records may be incomplete or delayed. A report is for information only. It is not a guarantee of a vehicle’s condition, value or history, and it does not replace a professional inspection by a qualified mechanic.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed by our payment providers.
Delivery and refunds
Delivery and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VINERRA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
